How to access my Xbox Live account without a password?

My Xbox Live account has become corrupted, so I need to delete and recover it. While I do know which e-mail address I used, I don't remember the password to the e-mail account or to my Xbox Live account. I obviously did not use my real name and/or birthday on the e-mail account either, because I answered the secret question right, but they asked for a name and DOB and mine doesn't work. Any suggestions?|||There doesn't seem to be a way to actually do this. Your best bet would be to call Microsoft and ask them for help. It may also be possible to change your password and access it via a new password.
