How do you change the apple account an ipod touch is logged onto?

I just got my ipod touch and synced it with my friend's laptop, and now her account is listed as the itunes account instead of mine. As in every time I try to download an app, it always asks for her password to her account. How can I change this to my itunes account?|||Settings %26gt; Store %26gt; Sign out
